The WP CNC-T 2-axis cleaning machine is an excellent example of a device that combines a machine built using the most advanced components with high performance and the best price-to-quality ratio. This machine operates based on linear motor technology (magnetic cushion), which allows for long-term device operation. The tool set with which the machine is equipped enables the cleaning of the most common PVC profiles available on the market. The machine's foundation is a strong, stable frame made of structural steel. The control panel is equipped with a PC-class computer.

Standard equipment:

Working arm:
The working arm is powered by a linear motor (there are no couplings, gears, racks, or lead screws). The linear motor moves at a set distance from the magnetic strip – no friction!

Linear motors (for "X" and "Y" axes) are numerically controlled.

Air cushion:
The working arm, weighing several dozen kilograms, is supported during movement along the "Y" axis by a pneumatic actuator – it constantly provides pressure at a set value to balance the arm's weight. This solution allows for short cycle times without putting the machine's components at risk of rapid wear.

Control panel:
Independent control panel with a PC-class computer
The operator menu is described with function keys – easy to use in production conditions.
Profile outlines can be easily corrected from the control panel (the operator can make corrections in about 1 to 2 minutes)
