Automatic packing machine with three feeders. The packing machine operates in fully automatic mode, packing a preset quantity of product into polyethylene bags formed from film rolls. Easily set the desired product count per bag via the integrated user panel. The drums and feeders are tailored for the specific details to be packed—customizable according to item weight, length, and shape. Additional feeder drum inserts can be ordered to adapt the machine for different components. The feeder table layout can be configured according to customer requirements.

The machine is designed for bag production from film roll with a maximum width of 320 mm. It requires only mains electricity and compressed air. The interface is fully available in Polish and the machine complies with CE standards. Manufactured using high-quality components from renowned international suppliers.

- Automatic cycle closure based on preset quantities.
- Adjustable bag length, from 60 to 180 mm.
- Software modification possible to enable connected bag sets—bags joined by a perforated seal, to be separated after delivery or according to assembly instructions. Such modifications must be specified at the machine design stage.
- Optional table upgrades available.
- Additional forming chutes available for other tape widths, e.g., 120, 180, 220, 260, 320 mm, or any width specified by the customer. The formed bag width equals half the film width minus 10–15 mm.
- Option to fit Teflon-coated vertical and horizontal sealing jaws for use with LDPE film.
- Support bracket for heavy bags—the bag remains on the bracket during filling before being ejected onto the conveyor.
- Belt conveyor for transporting finished bags, e.g., to boxes or collection cartons.
- Integrated printer for custom bag printing—include barcodes, QR codes, catalogue numbers, or product descriptions as needed.
- Checkweigher ensures each bag meets specified weight; nonconforming bags are automatically rejected for re-inspection.
- The automatic machine with magazine accelerates product picking and packaging.
