The gnocchi production line consists of:
- GLASS (Germany) cooking kettle, model PRO-3, tiltable, with a capacity of 500 L, equipped with mixing, vacuum, and cooling functions

- Column loader for 200 L trolleys, feeding dough into the forming machine
- SANDORE (Italy) forming machine, model NF 100 C, power 8.5 kW
- Segmented conveyor, type Z, feeding the product into the vibrating tunnel, width: 400 cm, height: 200 cm, for drying and cleaning the product (vibrating screens, blowers)
- SARP (Italy) vibrating tunnel, model STR 4107, power 4.7 kW
- SARP (Italy) waste and water separator, model FILTRO, with vacuum extraction from the vibrating tunnel, power 2.2 kW
- Z-type feeding conveyor to the weigh-filler, height: 500 cm
- Weigh-filler platform with stairs, dimensions: 500 cm x 500 cm on 220 cm high supports
- 10-head weigh-filler BVBA (Belgium), model 01AAH/WS
- TIROMAT BL-150 (Italy) packaging machine, model ETI 422N, linear vacuum packaging machine, capable of packaging in two sizes
- Segmented conveyor transporting the final product to the box packaging warehouse, spiral conveyor lifting packages to a height of 260 cm + straight section with a length of 20 meters
