" Machine currently set up for high-precision drilling of injection pump parts (Ø approx. 25 x 150 mm, bore approx. 5 mm) which are fed by an inclined conveyor into a 2-position alignment station, checked for correct orientation, and then automatically and in pairs loaded into the machining zone between drill bush holder and powered tailstock via a transversely mounted loading portal (2 x double grippers). After machining, the second pair of grippers takes over the workpieces and transfers them to a blow-off and drill breakage test station. After successful testing, the workpieces fall into transport containers.
