Operating Principle – The system operates fully automatically and is designed for high cycle rates:
1. Vibratory Feeder:
The blind rivets are loaded into the vibratory bowl in the control unit. From there, the rivets are conveyed into the feed hose.

2. Automatic Feeding:
When the trigger is activated, the next rivet is blown into the riveting head using compressed air and positioned.

3. Mandrel Collection System:
The spent mandrel is returned via a vacuum unit into a collection container in the control unit. Sensors monitor the fill level of the container.

4. Monitoring:
An electronic control system monitors all critical functions and indicates operating statuses, such as an empty rivet supply, etc.
