CVI II Controller
From simple run-down operations to complex sequence applications—with up to 20 phases and 250 cycles—for optimal speed, precision, and operator comfort in every fastening process.

The controller features various interfaces, including an Ethernet port, RS232 port, 7 logic inputs, and 8 logic outputs (24 volts).

With the CVI II controller, either a handheld electric tool from the ER series or a stationary built-in screw spindle from the EM series can be operated.

It is important to note that the CVI II can also be used in combination with an angle screwdriver controlled by a torque transducer, such as the Desoutter ERA40J, which offers a torque range of 8 to 40 Nm and a 3/8" drive.

Storage capacity
Depending on the number of cycles and mode of operation (asynchronous or synchronous), between 2,500 and 8,500 tightening results can be stored per station.
