CVI II Controller
From simple startup operations to complex sequence applications – with up to 20 phases and 250 cycles – for optimal speed, accuracy, and operator comfort for every joint.

The controller features various interfaces, including an Ethernet port, an RS232 port, and 7 logic inputs as well as 8 logic outputs (24 volts).

With the CVI II controller, you can operate a handheld electric tool from the ER series or a stationary installed screw spindle from the EM series.

It is important to note that the CVI II can also be used in combination with an angle screwdriver controlled by a transducer, such as the Desoutter ERA40J, which has a torque range of 8 to 40 Nm with a 3/8" drive.

Storage Capacity
Between 2,500 and 8,500 screwdriving results per station, depending on number of cycles and operating mode (asynchronous or synchronous).
