The GENERAC WASH RACK MODULE D 6000 x 5700 cm wash area is a customizable wash system that can be configured to various customer requirements, including platform arrangement, maximum load capacity, wall and tank placement, as well as filter system positioning. This modular system features side walls (customizable in number and length, height: 2.6 m) and ramps (number and position selectable according to your needs), ensuring maximum flexibility. The platform, consisting of four sections with removable grating for easy cleaning, provides a maximum load capacity of 15 tons. The main filtration system, with a capacity of 600 or 3000 liters, efficiently filters oil, hydrocarbons, and solids. Side tanks on each side, as well as an optional wash rack decanter (1000-liter capacity, 1500 x 1500 x 2300 mm, dry weight: 400 kg), separate water from the majority of sludge through decantation in high-sludge scenarios; dosing pumps for flocculants are available upon request. The diaphragm pump (0.054 kW, 14 L/min) is activated by a water level sensor, while the booster pump (0.37 kW, 5–40 L/min) allows flexible water delivery.
