The Semipaxy table is a CNC positioning unit that can be ordered with any GEKA punching machine with a throat depth of at least 500 mm.

THE ATTACHMENT CONSISTS OF:

* Mounting plate
* Table with X and Y axes, driven by servo motors
* 15” touchscreen controller “B&R Power Panel 500” based on PC architecture
* Each axis (X and Y) is equipped with a servo motor and encoder for precision positioning
* Control cabinet

WORKFLOW DESCRIPTION:

* The positions of the holes to be punched are programmed incrementally or absolutely.
* After starting the program, the stops are automatically positioned for the first punching operation.
* The material to be punched must be manually placed against the stops, then punching is carried out by actuating the foot pedal.
* Once the punch returns to its upper starting position, the stops automatically move to the next programmed position.

* Line Pro can also be installed on a PC to transfer data via network or USB to the controller
