Dowel Hole Boring Machine GANNOMAT "DB 21400V, 3Ph, 50Hz / 1.5 kW" – complete in standard configuration, equipped with:

- Fully automatic electronic control with pulse operation via foot pedal: clamping – drilling – releasing; electrical intermittent operation.
- Automatic retraction of the drilling unit upon reaching the preset drilling depth.
- Automatic extension of drilling depth for face-end drilling. This eliminates the need to manually adjust the drilling depth when switching from flat-face to end-face drilling (+10 mm, e.g., with dowel length 35 mm, drilling depth flat face 14 mm, drilling depth end face 24 mm).
- 1 drilling beam with 21 spindles, 32 mm spacing, 1.5 kW motor (drilling feed 0–70 mm). Includes 21 quick-change chucks (Ganner system) for easy drill bit replacement.
- Simple swiveling of the drilling unit from 0° to 90°, supported by gas cylinder.
- 1 clamping carriage adjustable along the Y-axis, with 3 pneumatic clamping cylinders, for workpieces up to max. 80 mm height.

Ideal positioning system comprising:
- 1 positioning rail, 1800 mm, for shelf drilling (aluminum profile 40 x 40 mm) with 3 flip stops
- With quick-change system, easily convertible from right to left for mirrored shelf drilling in carcass construction. Also suitable for line boring in System 32.

- Side stops and position settings, as well as the drilling height adjustment over the support table, using mechanical digital counters.
- Side stops are easily swung out for the shortest possible changeover times between carcass, frame, and line boring operations.
- Clamping arms for the clamping carriage are designed for line boring positions up to max. 300 mm.
- Ideal three-stage tooling system.
- 1 set of dowel drill bits:
- 5 tungsten carbide dowel drill bits, Ø 8 x 77 mm, right-hand
- 4 tungsten carbide dowel drill bits, Ø 8 x 77 mm, left-hand
