For sale: Complete equipment for braided cord production

Included machines & accessories:
- 2 fully operational cord knitting machines for producing round braided cords, featuring a total of 6 needle heads for simultaneous production of 6 cords
- 1 industrial yarn winding machine
- 2 yarn racks for over 24 cones

Machine features

Knitting machines:
- One machine is equipped with 4 needle heads, the other with 2 needle heads, enabling simultaneous production of up to 6 cords.
- Automatic stop function: If the yarn breaks or a needle is damaged, the affected needle head stops automatically.
- Needle heads for cord production: 4 heads with 4 needles each (for fine cords of approx. 3 mm diameter), 2 heads with 6 needles each (for cords of 5–6 mm diameter)
- Variants with 3 to 18 needles can be reordered and exchanged from the manufacturer.

Industrial yarn winding machine:
Dsdoxgutispfx Af Heku
- Cross-winding for consistent yarn distribution.
- Automatic stop at the end of the cord.

Operation & control:
- Speed display for the needle heads and drawing element.
- Each needle head can be switched on and off individually.
- Adjustable speed

Scope of delivery & additional equipment:
- 2 knitting machines with a total of 6 needle heads
- Yarn winding machine
- 2 yarn stands for more than 24 cone spools
- Operating manual included
- Spare needles (approx. 50 pieces) included

Location & pickup:
The machines are located in Munich and will be available for collection from mid-October. Instruction on operation can be provided upon pickup.

The stated price applies to the complete set (all 3 machines plus yarn stands). Individual sale possible, price negotiable.

The machines are in excellent condition – they were only in use for about a year (approx. 15 hours per week) and are ready for immediate operation.
