Franz Haas Wafer Stick Baking Oven Model EWB 1/1 after complete overhaul.

The machine is made of ASIS 304 stainless steel (main frame is carbon steel).

The oven is equipped with a rotating ring, which can be speed-adjusted to achieve the desired type of wafer bake. The ring has been cleaned and aligned (centered), supports/bearings are new. Fans have been replaced with new ones. New chimney outlet with flange for quick installation.

The machine is fitted with two extruders with sleeves for shaping the strip and for the wafer stick diameter. Equipped with a pneumatic cylinder knife with photocell for precise cutting (length of the stick adjustable).

The oven features a stainless steel batter tank with a frame and trolley. The oven is equipped with pumps that feed batter from the tank onto the ring surface.

Fitted with a new control panel and new gas reducer. The speed of the ring and pumps is controlled via frequency inverters.

Dimensions: length 3200 mm, width 1400 mm, height 1700 mm.

The machine is gas-powered, natural gas family, high-methane type, code E (formerly GZ 50).

The machine has been fully refurbished. All thermal components were replaced with new, eco-friendly versions—lower gas consumption and higher efficiency.
