Oy Foudila Ab is a company based in Kaskinen, Finland, with over 45 years of experience in wood processing equipment. Over the past 15–20 years, we have also been active in the pallet industry, having developed numerous machines for nailing, automatic board feeding, and stacking throughout the years. We manufacture both standard machines and bespoke solutions, available as standalone units or as part of complete production lines, tailored to our customers’ requirements.

This machine is a flexible and efficient automatic board feeder, designed for pallet production machinery, but also ideally suited for various other wood industry applications. The machine is specifically engineered for seamless integration with deck nailing and bottom nailing machines—regardless of brand or capacity.

We have supplied automatic board feeding systems for nailing machines from Cape, Corali, Storti, IMH, IM Hart, Viking, and Mychrome, among others.

Thanks to its reliable vacuum system and maintenance-free, single-piece feeder—based on our own patented solution, developed over 40 years ago—only minimal adjustments are needed during format changes, resulting in short changeover times and high operational reliability.

The standard machine includes a tiltable pack lifter that tilts the package by approx. 10 degrees, ensuring that boards remain stable and do not fall apart even when the strapping is removed—even if the boards are not perfectly aligned within the pack.

Optional equipment for the system includes:

- Automatic board turner
- Vision/camera system
- Automatic removal of intermediate laths between board layers

The result with these feeding systems is a reliable, flexible, and high-quality solution that enables more productive and cost-efficient pallet manufacturing.
