is organising a public auction with ascending bids, for the individual sale of the assets listed in this announcement.

The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00, at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L., Cluj-Napoca, Str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj County. In case the assets are not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, and 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset inspection, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing day on 06.04.2026, between 09:00-12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the insolvency liquidator at 0763 478 619 and to confirm their intention to participate prior to the scheduled date.

During the auction process, the judicial liquidator will organise additional viewing days, which will be announced to interested parties.

In the event of a successful auction, the insolvency liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the value of the awarded assets. The conversion of the price into Romanian lei will be made on the date of invoice issuance, using the exchange rate established by the National Bank of Romania for that day.

The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The participation documentation, required for entering the auction, will be prepared by the insolvency liquidator in accordance with industry practice, will contain the auction participation rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at a price of 500 lei + VAT for assets valued up to 5,000 euros and 1,000 lei + VAT for assets valued over 5,000 euros. This documentation can be acquired from the liquidator's office or by phone, and will be sent to the participant via e-mail.

The auction participation guarantee is set at 10% of the starting price. This, along with the application documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the date of the auction at the liquidator's office. The guarantee will be deducted from the price of the assets for which the participant is declared the successful bidder, and will be reimbursed to those not declared successful bidders.

If two or more bids are equal, the successful bidder will be the party who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest period.

The payment deadline for the final price is 5 working days from the moment the auction is awarded. Should the outstanding amount not be settled, the winning bidder will forfeit the advance paid as a guarantee and will not be allowed to participate in subsequent auctions.
