DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County, VAT No. RO27987796, registration number 2A0522, represented by the insolvency practitioner Mr. Daniel-Lucian Godorogea, acting as the official receiver of the company ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy (in faliment, in bankruptcy, en faillite), with its registered office at 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, apt. 1, Dej, Cluj County, registered at the Trade Register by the Cluj Court under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed as such by Civil Ruling no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025, issued by the Cluj Specialised Tribunal in case no. 442/1285/2025,
is organising a public auction with ascending bidding for the individual sale of the assets listed in this announcement.

The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L., located at 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County. In the event the assets are not sold, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, and 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same hour.
To inspect the assets, the official receiver will set a viewing date on 04.02.2026, between 10:00 and 14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the official receiver and express their intention to attend before the established date.
In case of adjudication, the receiver will issue a fiscal invoice for the adjudicated assets. The conversion of the price into Romanian Lei (RON) will be made on the date of invoice issuance, using the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania applicable for that day.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.
The auction briefing (Caiet de sarcini) prepared by the official receiver, in accordance with industry practices, will include the auction participation rules and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 lei + VAT for assets up to €5,000 and 1,000 lei + VAT for assets over €5,000. The briefing can be purchased at the official receiver's office or by phone, and will be sent to the participant via email.
The participation guarantee is set at 10% of the starting price. This, along with the registration documentation, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction date at the official receiver’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the awarded assets and will be refunded to those who are not declared winners.
In the event of equal bids, the winner will be the bidder who commits to paying the full amount in the shortest time.
The payment term is 5 working days from the adjudication date. If the remaining price is not paid, the winner will forfeit the deposit paid as a guarantee and will be disqualified from participating in future auctions organized by the receiver.
