Manufactured for inline weight checking of cartons travelling on a conveyor belt, with accuracy up to 20 g (specifically cartons with glass bottles – full bottle inspection).

Cartons can move consecutively on the conveyor belt, and the conveyor system of the checkweigher autonomously spaces them for correct weighing (spacing is achieved via fast and slow conveyor belts).

Measuring range: 400 g to 20,000 g (0.4 – 20 kg).

If a carton’s weight is incorrect, it is ejected from the conveyor by a pneumatic piston to a designated inspection area. The checkweigher emits a warning (red beacon light and audible alarm) for operators to inspect the carton. (After rejection, the checkweigher resumes normal operation, weighing subsequent cartons.)
