CNC machining centre designed for drilling and milling operations on aluminium or steel profiles.

Configuration: 4 axes

- Spindle carrier head
Manufactured with a cross-table system in light alloy, ensuring significant weight reduction combined with high load resistance and maximum machining precision.

- Electrospindle
Designed by Fom Industrie, this allows for high performance at both low and high speeds.

Tool clamping and unclamping are performed mechanically. High-precision front and rear bearings ensure control of axial and radial loads during all machining phases.

Electrospindle speed is controlled by inverter and features:

Mounted on the column in a protected position behind a rotating door, the tool magazine features 6 stations and can rotate in both directions.
Positioning is managed by an absolute rotary encoder, ensuring precise and reliable position recognition.
Rotational movement is controlled by inverter, providing high speed and accuracy during tool changes.

- Working area
Located on the bed, the working area is composed of:
- No. 6 pneumatic (non-automatic) vices for clamping profiles
- Sliding on THK linear guides for precision and stability
- Pneumatic clamping
- Manual positioning, with position display on the control unit’s monitor.

- Control console
The control console integrates the operator interface, featuring a PC, display, alphanumeric keyboard, and control keypad. It is mobile to ensure greater ergonomics and operational flexibility.

Equipped with:
- Connection to barcode laser reader
- Connection to remote control unit

- Software:
FomCam (Graphical interface based on Windows OS for programming operations and part design; automatically generates the CNC program executable by the machining centre) + Prof2
