Machine Description

For sale is a high-performance, recently serviced precision waterjet cutting system from the world market leader FLOW, model Mach 4 4020b.

The system is equipped with Flow's high-end technology (6,000 bar instead of the standard 3,800 bar) and features the Dynamic XD cutting head, which automatically compensates for angular errors and enables complex 3D cuts as well as bevel cuts.

Special highlight for buyers: In January 2026, the manufacturer (Flow Europe GmbH) carried out comprehensive technical service. As part of this, an official drive controller retrofit kit was installed (approx. €18,000 incl. installation). As original replacement controllers for this year are often no longer available, this upgrade provides long-term spare parts availability and modernized electronic control. A test cut was successfully performed after the retrofit.
