The tempering and enrobing machine model MAESTRIA60 is designed for tempering and enrobing all types of chocolate. Owing to its compact dimensions, the MAESTRIA60 tempering and enrobing machine is particularly suitable for versatile use in confined spaces.
Continuous tempering is achieved by an auger in conjunction with a cooling unit, ensuring that the chocolate is always available ready for use at the correct temperature.
The machine features a heated dosing device controlled by a pneumatic three-way valve, enabling direct dosing into moulds for bars, pralines, and other products.
By equipping the machine with the appropriate enrobing attachment, all confectionery products (partially or fully) can be coated.
