Falck Pellet Valtellina Impianto produzione pellet

Complete pellet production plant.
The plant has an average production capacity of 4.5 t/h of pellets.
The line, installed in Valtellina in the province of Sondrio, is fully equipped with all necessary components for the pelletizing process:
- A section dedicated to loading the raw material (sawdust or wood chips smaller than G40) with storage in a 100 m³ silo.
- A second section for drying the raw material via a rotary dryer powered by a pellet burner, complete with cyclone bag filter for dust removal.
- An in-line storage station for the dried material, ready for pelletizing.
- The pelletizing section includes 2 pellet presses, each with a capacity of 2.5 t/h, installed in parallel.
- Cooling and bagging lines, ending with a palletizer for finished pallets ready to be handled by forklift.

The plant is fully operated via software from a control room, except for loading/unloading the raw material and finished product, and for starting/stopping the pellet presses.

The plant comes with a complete certified electrical system. It includes both a reception and a transformer cabin, with switchboards and transformer. Installed total power: 500 kW. Average power consumption: 220 kW.

We are open to selling either the plant, the entire company, or a majority shareholding.
Renewable contracts are in place with nearby sawmills for high-quality spruce sawdust supply.
There is a sales contract for the entire pellet production with a leading Italian distributor.
