The Priam model is a vertical glass drilling machine with two drilling spindles (double-sided), designed for customers seeking a functional and easy-to-operate machine that is also long-lasting. In developing this machine, we relied on traditional mechanical engineering principles—using heavy, heat-treated steel frames and mechanical solutions—to facilitate future operation and maintenance. Thanks to this distinct approach to machine design and manufacturing, our machine can drill glass for many years without interruptions, ensuring a multiple return on investment.
To ensure the components of our glass drilling machine are manufactured with the utmost precision, we produce them in Poland in collaboration with local partners. The main frame of the machine is produced in-house, then heat-treated and further processed by local workshops. This allows us to maintain strict supervision throughout the entire production process, detecting and correcting any defects before the product is delivered to the customer. In this way, we also support the local machinery industry.
The assemblies used in the machine comply with the highest European standards. Our suppliers include: SIEMENS, HITACHI, UNITRONICS, SCHNEIDER, GARLOCK. All mechanical components are readily available and can be quickly and easily replaced during machine operation.

⦁ 2 drilling spindles (front and rear). These allow drilling through a glass pane in a single operation without needing to turn the glass over.

⦁ Electronically controlled loading bar. To set the distance between the lower glass edge and the drill hole, simply enter the desired measurement via a touchscreen; the machine will then automatically move to the correct position.
⦁ Quick drill-change mode. When the drill change button is pressed, both spindles are automatically locked (they cannot be rotated). The vertical plate between the two drills moves downwards, creating ample space between the drills. This allows for tool-free removal of the drills and provides generous room for convenient access.
⦁ Automatic (electronic) measurement of drill length and drill position. After a drill change is completed, an automatic calibration process takes place: the machine measures the drill length. This determines the distance between the glass pane and each drill tip, which is particularly important in small workshops where single-piece production is common.
⦁ Automatic (electronic) determination of spindle depth positions. After the automatic spindle calibration and pressing the glass pane in place, the machine measures the glass thickness and automatically sets the optimal spindle depth positions. The operator then only needs to press the 'Drill' button; the drilling process proceeds fully automatically.
