The Priam model is a vertical glass drilling machine with two drill spindles (double-sided), designed for customers looking for a functional and user-friendly machine that is also long-lasting. In developing this machine, we relied on traditional mechanical engineering principles, featuring heavy, heat-treated steel bodies and mechanical solutions that facilitate subsequent operation and maintenance. This unique approach to machine development and manufacturing allows our machine to drill glass trouble-free for years, ensuring a multiple return on investment.

To ensure the components of our glass drilling machine are manufactured with utmost care, we produce them in Poland in cooperation with local partners. The main body is fabricated in-house and then heat-treated and further processed at local facilities. This means the entire production process takes place under our close supervision, ensuring any defects are discovered and corrected before the product is delivered to the customer. Ultimately, this supports the local machinery industry as well.

All assemblies used in the machine comply with the highest European standards. Our suppliers include SIEMENS, HITACHI, UNITRONICS, SCHNEIDER, and GARLOCK.

Mechanical components are readily available and can be replaced quickly and easily during machine operation.

• 2 drill spindles (front and rear): Allow drilling through a glass pane in a single operation without the need to turn the sheet over.

• Electronically controlled loading bar: To set the distance between the lower glass edge and the hole, simply input the desired measurement on the touch screen, and the machine automatically positions itself accordingly.

• Quick drill change mode: Once the drill change button is pressed, both drill spindles are automatically locked (they cannot rotate). The vertical plate between the two drills is lowered, creating ample space between the spindles, allowing drill bits to be changed easily and tool-free, with plenty of room to work comfortably.

• Automatic (electronic) measurement of drill length and position: After a drill change, the machine automatically calibrates by measuring the length of the new drill. This lets the machine determine the precise distance between the glass surface and each drill tip, which is especially important for smaller operations where mostly individual, not series, drillings are performed.

• Automatic (electronic) determination of spindle depth positions: After automatic spindle calibration and pressing the glass against the plate, the machine measures the thickness of the pane, then automatically adjusts the ideal drilling depths. The operator only needs to press the “Drill” button – the drilling process is then performed fully automatically.
