Pre-filtration for high dust volumes

The stationary cyclone pre-separators are installed before the main filter unit and are designed for the pre-separation of dry, free-flowing dusts. Medium and coarse dust particles are already separated in advance, so only fine dusts need to be filtered. This reduces the operating costs of the entire extraction system. Cyclone pre-separators achieve a separation efficiency of more than 90% for a median particle size of at least 150 microns.
