Very often, machine-installed extraction systems with coolant recovery are either ineffective or simply not installed at all. Machine changeovers, frequent opening of enclosures, or lack of proper covers near machining heads result in oil mist escaping beyond the machine’s area, entering workspaces and exposing personnel to inhalation of harmful mists and vapors.

Installing a ventilation tower significantly improves air quality in workspaces and should be considered an ideal supplementary filter ventilation solution for halls where complete oil mist separation with coolant recovery devices is difficult or impossible.
