Efficient Extraction of Coolant and Lubricant Mist Directly at the Machine Tool

The two standard units, AL-KO OIL JET 600 and OIL JET 1200, are the ideal solution for direct extraction of oil and emulsion mist at all common turning, grinding, and milling machines.
Fields of Application:
AL-KO OIL JET units are used wherever oil and emulsion mist generated during machining processes on modern metalworking machines need to be directly extracted from the machining chamber. Depending on the size of the machining chamber, operating time, and the type of coolant used, either the OIL JET 600 model or the more powerful OIL JET 1200 model is deployed. AL-KO OIL JET units are suitable for all conventional cooling and lubricating agents and are either mounted directly onto the machine tool or installed beside it on an optional support column.
Functionality:
The highly effective AL-KO OIL JET filtration system features three standard filter stages, which purify the extracted air from emulsified oil and particulate matter:
1. First Filter Stage: Washable metal mesh filter
2. Second Filter Stage: Filter mat (LoTex®) with frame
3. Third Filter Stage: Main filter cassette (ePM1 80%)
The first filter removes coarse particulates. The second stage consists of a drained, nano-coated mat, which separates and channels off emulsified liquids. The third filter stage captures the finest residual particles. Emulsions, primarily separated in the second stage, are collected in the base of the unit and can be drained off.
