The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide selection of press forces from 40 to 1,500 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, offering great flexibility in bending lengths. It features numerous functions that ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. In addition, the machine offers a variety of expansion and equipment options to adapt it exactly to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphic control enables comfortable operation via touchscreens and comes with a comprehensive safety package. The machine is easily operated via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are initiated by operating a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. All parameters such as press force, bending tolerance, crowning settings, embossing force and tool safety zones are calculated automatically via the CNC control.
