The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is a highly versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 1,500 tons to suit your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, giving you great flexibility in bending lengths. Numerous features ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design combined with precise CNC control guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. Furthermore, the machine offers a wide variety of extension and equipment options to tailor it to your specific needs. The DELEM DA graphical CNC control allows convenient operation via touchscreen and includes an extensive safety package. The machine is easily operated via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are initiated by actuating a foot switch. In addition to this safety measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the work area and a rear light curtain. The CNC system automatically calculates pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
