The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of pressing forces from 40 to 1,500 tons to meet your specific requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be extended as a tandem machine, providing great flexibility in bending lengths. It features numerous functions to ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design combined with precise CNC control guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. Additionally, the machine offers a variety of expansion and equipment options to tailor it to your individual needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphical control allows convenient operation via touchscreens and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine is easily operated via an LCD touchscreen positioned on the left swivel arm. Bending operations are initiated by actuating a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the work area and a rear light barrier. Press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones are calculated automatically via the CNC control system.
