The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide selection of press forces from 40–1,500 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC press brake can also be extended as a tandem machine, providing significant flexibility in bending lengths. It features numerous functions that ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, in combination with precise CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. Additionally, the machine offers a wide variety of expansion and configuration options, allowing you to tailor it to your specific needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphic control system enables convenient operation via a touchscreen and includes a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily operated using an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are initiated by a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. Via the CNC controller, the press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, marking force, and the tool safety zones are calculated automatically.
