The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 400 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be expanded to a tandem machine, providing you with great flexibility in bending lengths. It is equipped with numerous features to ensure easy and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, ensures long-lasting and reliable performance. In addition, the machine offers a variety of options and equipment upgrades to tailor it to your specific needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphical controller enables convenient operation via touchscreen and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine can easily be operated via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are initiated with a foot pedal. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. Press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones are automatically calculated via the CNC controller.
