This compact all-rounder allows you to increase your productivity. The hydraulic guillotine shear model HVR supports you with precise, fast, and cost-efficient cutting in your daily workflow. The use of hydraulic hold-downs to secure the sheet and the support table with integrated ball rollers ensures ergonomic and efficient cutting for the operator. The CNC control enables the use of various types of sheet metal, which are already stored in the material library. After selecting the maximum thickness and material type, the optimal blade clearance and cutting angle are set automatically via the CNC control (electro-hydraulic adjustment), but can also be manually adjusted. The position and retract function of the motorized backgauge can be conveniently set via the touchscreen. Additionally, the control offers memory for cutting programs with cutting sequences.
