The hydraulic guillotine shear, model HVR, supports you with precise, fast, and cost-efficient cuts in your daily workflow. By utilizing hydraulic hold-downs to secure the sheet and a support table with integrated ball rollers, ergonomic and efficient operation for your operator is ensured. The CNC control enables the selection of various sheet types, which are already available in the material library. After choosing the maximum thickness and material type, the optimal blade gap and cutting angle are automatically set electro-hydraulically via the CNC system but can also be adjusted manually. The position and retract function of the motorized backgauge are easily set via touchscreen. Additionally, the controller provides a memory for cutting programs with cutting sequences.
