The HGS hydraulic swing beam shear supports you in precise, fast, and cost-effective cutting operations in your daily workflow. The use of hydraulic hold-downs to secure the sheet and the support table with integrated ball transfers ensure ergonomic and efficient cutting for your operator. The CNC control allows you to work with various sheet materials already preset in the material library. Once the maximum thickness is selected, the optimal blade gap is set automatically via the CNC electro-hydraulic control but can also be adjusted manually. The position and retract function of the motorized backgauge can be easily set via the touchscreen. Additionally, the controller provides memory for cutting programs including cutting sequences.
