QUADRA L1 is equipped with an automatic tool magazine and a pusher feed system for profiles up to 7500 mm, complete with profile clamping gripper drive. As the gripper moves, the feeder returns to its starting position, allowing the loader to simultaneously prepare the next profile. The central area accommodates both the milling and cutting modules. The CNC 4-axis milling module is fitted with 4 to 6 electrospindles, enabling complete contour machining of the workpiece, regardless of its orientation. The CNC 3-axis cutting module consists of a 600 mm diameter blade with downward stroke movement. QUADRA L1 also includes an automatic outfeed unit from the cutting section to the unloading magazine. The system features a magazine with cross conveyors for unloading machined parts up to 4000 mm length (7500 mm optional). The machining unit can be equipped with an optional sound enclosure for the central working area, which not only protects the operator but also reduces environmental noise.
