The custom-built PUR perfect binder is a specialized binding machine designed for precise and efficient bookbinding. Manufactured by Eigenbau, this machine features a PUR adhesive binding mechanism (polyurethane reactive adhesive), ensuring a permanent and high-quality bind. The machine offers a working width of 100 mm and is currently in stock. Located in Germany, the price is available upon request. Delivery is offered under FCA (Free Carrier) terms, meaning the seller will hand over the goods, cleared for export, to the carrier nominated by the buyer.

Key features of the Eigenbau PUR perfect binder include a centering mechanism for accurate alignment, a heated roller for optimal adhesive application, and a miniature circular saw for precise trimming. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a paper unwind mechanism and a PLC (programmable logic controller) for automated operation. For an extra €1,500, an optional INATEC BS 25002 PUR system is available to further enhance the binding process. The machine comes with a feed station that includes a plate lifting station for efficient material handling.
