Operating principle:
The panel is placed onto the infeed table. It passes to the partial turner, is centered, and enters the sanding unit. The panel is sanded in the machine, both in forward and return pass. The panel is rotated in the partial turner and sanded on the second side in the sanding unit. Then, there are two options: either the panel moves to the outfeed table for unloading, or it returns to the infeed table for unloading (the second option prolongs processing time).
Sanding unit equipment:
- 1 upper sanding lamella roller suitable for surface sanding. Power: 3 kW; Diam. 420 mm; Length 1300 mm.
- Cross brush, suitable for sanding cross grain. Diam. 420 mm; Length 300 mm. Power: 1.1 kW.
- Cross brush, suitable for sanding cross grain. Diam. 420 mm; Length 300 mm. Power: 1.1 kW.
- 3 upper sanding discs for perfect trimming of longitudinal and cross wood fibers. Power: 1.5 kW each; Diam. 400 mm.
- Disc brush for chamfering edges. The unit works as a deep brush. After detecting the panel edges, it follows door edges. Power: 0.75 kW; Diam. 250 mm.
