For used items, warranty is 12 months if the buyer is a consumer within the meaning of §13 BGB (German Civil Code). If the buyer is an entrepreneur within the meaning of §14 BGB, any warranty is excluded.

For new items, warranty is 24 months if the buyer is a consumer within the meaning of §13 BGB. If the buyer is an entrepreneur within the meaning of §14 BGB, warranty is 12 months.
