Bjdporq D Nisfx Akuodd Das CNC-BAYKAL Hybridpressen-System ist mit einem individuell gesteuerten elektrohydraulischen Servoantrieb sowie Servopumpen für jeden der beiden Zylinder (links und rechts) ausgestattet. Der Servomotor regelt den Förderstrom der Ölpumpe gemäß Programmvorgabe und steuert so die Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit und Positionsgenauigkeit des Pressenschlittens – ganz ohne Drosselverluste während des kompletten Arbeitszyklus. Somit steht die gesamte vom Ölpumpenaggregat geförderte Energie unmittelbar den beiden Zylindern zur Verfügung. Diese Steuerung erzeugt keinerlei Energieverluste und der Energiespareffekt ist äußerst ausgeprägt. Bei diesem System laufen die Hydraulikaggregate nur bei aktiver Fußpedalbetätigung und nicht dauerhaft, wie bei herkömmlichen hydraulischen Pressen. Das Resultat: Ein deutlich geringerer Energieverbrauch, schnellere Taktzeiten sowie höchste Präzision. Förderstrom und Druck der Y1- und Y2-Zylinder werden jeweils durch zwei separate servo-geregelte, bidirektionale Pumpensysteme geregelt. Das Öl aus dem oberen Zylinderraum wird dabei direkt durch die Ölpumpe in den unteren Raum gepumpt, um den Aufwärtshub des Pressenbalkens zu realisieren. Durch Umkehr der Pumpenlaufrichtung wird das Öl aus dem unteren Zylinderraum für die Press- und Biegevorgänge in den oberen Raum gepumpt. Im Bereich von 100 bis 1.250 Tonnen sorgt die getrennte Ansteuerung des linken und rechten Pressenbalkens über zwei unabhängige servo-bidirektionale Pumpensysteme für eine exakte Synchronisierung beim CNC-gesteuerten BAYKAL Hybrid-Abkanten.
