The machine was used for riveting segmental saw blades from Ø 400 to Ø 2000 mm.
The segments were manually placed on the carrier disc and fixed with straight rivet pins.
The opposing riveting unit rivets the pin simultaneously from both sides.
The automated table continuously indexes to the next working position.
Ideal for saw blade manufacturers and repair shops,
or for the construction of a special-purpose machine.
