Description
The self-aligning rollers of the D-TLRS series automatically adjust to different workpiece diameters. All four axles of the drive unit are motorized, providing smooth rotation and even weight distribution to prevent workpiece deformation. This makes the turning device particularly suitable for workpieces with thin walls. The D-TLRS vessel rotators are ideally suited for delicate components, such as stainless steel tanks, due to their PU-coated rollers. However, these should only be used with components that do not exceed a temperature of 90°C. For higher temperature applications, we recommend our D-HGZ series with rubber wheels (similar design to the D-TLRS series).
