Our KVK 1S – Economic is our most affordable option for acquiring a semi-automatic stretch wrapper.

Only the application and removal of the film must still be done manually on this wrapper. With a weight of 600 kg, the model is sturdily built and designed for loads of up to 1,500 kg. The KVK 1S Economic features a 1,500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to a height of 2,250 mm.

With adjustable speeds for the turntable and film carriage, as well as the mechanical brake, you can easily tailor the automated wrapping process to your product. Automatic pallet detection comes as standard, as do adjustable top and bottom wraps. The machine offers you wrapping programs such as "up only" wrapping, "up & down" (cross wrapping), and "waterproof" wrapping. If required, the machine can also be operated manually.

If you need to use the wrapper at another location, it can be easily lifted and moved using a forklift via integrated recesses.

Optional extras include a ramp and a photo sensor for detecting dark goods or black film.
