Only the application and cutting of the film need to be performed manually with this wrapper. The model is robustly built at 600 kg and is designed for loads of up to 1500 kg. The KVK 1S Economic is equipped with a 1500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2250 mm in height. Automatic pallet detection is standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wraps. The machine offers programs for upward-only wrapping, up & down wrapping (cross wrapping), and weatherproof wrapping. If required, the wrapper can also be operated manually. Should the wrapper need to be relocated, it can be easily lifted and moved using a forklift through integrated slots. Optional features include a ramp and a photoelectric cell for detecting dark packages or black film. The KVK 1S Economic is our recommendation if you are looking to upgrade from manual to automated pallet wrapping with minimal investment.
