Building on the CRA series, the CRAF series is equipped with a high-precision 6-axis force sensor integrated at the flange, providing the cobot with enhanced compliant force control and accurate operational capabilities.
Flange with Ring Status Light
Features a circular status indicator for real-time visibility of the robot's operating state. Also equipped with a press-to-pull button.
Unoccupied End Interface
Does not occupy tool-side RS485 or I/O ports, ensuring compatibility with external devices (such as electric grippers or the VX500 Smart Camera).
Intelligent Force Control for Safety and Reliability
Gentle Guidance – Easy Handling
The entire flange acts as an active resistance zone for intuitive teaching.

Users can restrict orientation to achieve precise path programming.
Welding
Thanks to the extremely low initiation force (2N), the CRAF robot can be guided effortlessly—even by touching a straw. This allows for millimeter-accurate manual teaching and delivers point-to-point precision of 0.1 mm.

The CRAF robot maintains constant force with automatic compensation, ensuring flawless performance in high-precision tasks such as automotive sanding and polishing.
Healthcare
The robot features real-time detection of its external environment (such as height differentials on work surfaces) with automatic surface scanning. This enables adaptive motion control for precise task execution based on environment feedback.
