With a working radius of 1200 mm, the CR12A meets the requirements for heavy-duty picking, packing, palletizing, and welding in the automotive, home appliance, logistics, and metal processing industries.

User-friendly design for faster integration
The CR12A utilizes the industry’s first dual-channel end-effector design, enabling direct connection to multiple tools. It is also equipped with a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive monitoring of operational status.

Expanded possibilities with high payload and large reach.
The CR12A features a working radius of 1200 mm and a maximum payload of 12 kg. Thanks to its advanced motion control algorithm, the CR12A operates with increased stability and exhibits 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency stops.

24 interface connections for greater flexibility
The CR12A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and integrates seamlessly with PLCs. It provides 24 digital I/O ports with industry-leading support for PNP and NPN circuitry, enabling straightforward application expansion.

High protection level for safe collaboration.
Robot housing and control unit achieve a high protection rating of IP54. In case of overload, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. The CR12A is also equipped with an innovative electromagnetic brake protection system that reduces the drop distance of the end-effector in the event of a power failure.
