Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility, and user-friendly operation of the CR series, the CR12A surpasses the payload limit of 12 kg, thereby opening up a broader range of applications for collaborative robots. With a working radius of 1200 mm, the CR12A meets the requirements for heavy-duty picking, packing, palletizing, and welding in the automotive, household appliance, logistics, and metalworking industries.

User-friendly design for faster deployment
The CR12A utilizes the industry's first dual-channel end effector design, allowing direct connection to multiple end tools. It also features a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive recognition of operational status.

Expanded capabilities with high payload and large reach.
The CR12A features a working radius of 1200 mm and a maximum payload of 12 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR12A operates more stably and exhibits 50% less residual vibration during emergency stops.

24 interface ports for increased flexibility
The CR12A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols, enabling seamless connection to PLCs. It is equipped with 24 digital I/O ports with industry-leading support for both PNP and NPN circuitry, simplifying the expansion of applications.

High protection level for safe collaboration.
The robot housing and control unit achieve the high IP54 protection rating. In the event of an overload, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. The CR12A is also equipped with an innovative electromagnetic brake protection system that reduces the drop height of the end effector in case of a power failure.
