Di Più BRIK MB100 machine, fully overhauled (factory rebuilt in 2025), ready for immediate operation. The machine is designed for high-performance briquetting, suitable for demanding industrial applications.

The machine has approximately 2,000 operating hours. It has been newly refurbished at the Di Più factory, with all vital parts, cables, wiring, and necessary electrical components replaced. As a result, the machine is in as-new condition and comes with a 6-month Di Più manufacturer's warranty.

The machine can produce briquettes with or without a hole, with diameters from 90 mm to 110 mm, from both soft and hard wood, in round or square shapes.

The Di Più BRIK MB100 mechanical briquetting press is an automatic machine for compressing wood, sawdust, and other waste materials into wood briquettes.

The ideal input material moisture content is between 8% and 12%, and particle size between 1 mm and 12 mm.

The machine is equipped with all necessary accessories for full operation and integration into a briquetting line: ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT – MB100:
- Dosing silo: Made from heavy-duty steel construction. Diameter: 1,500 mm, height: 1,000 mm. Equipped with a rotary cutter with 2.2 kW gearbox, mounted on a robust steel frame. Material feeding is controlled by a level sensor.
- 20-meter-long briquette cooling line
- Automatic saw for briquette cutting
- The saw automatically cuts briquettes to operator-preselected lengths.
- Device for the production of briquettes with a hole
- Briquetting press head cooling system with chilled water
- The system produces 50 liters/minute of chilled water for efficient head cooling.
- Air-cooled water chiller with hermetic scroll compressors, microprocessor control, and large energy storage tank with water–refrigerant heat exchanger immersed inside.
- Highly efficient fin-pack heat exchanger made of copper tubes and aluminum fins.
- 800-liter water tank
- Water supply pump (50 l/min – 20 m head – 0.55 kW) with three-way DN25 valves to control cooling water temperature in the briquetting press head.
- Digital electronic temperature controller connected to NTC sensor (probe diameter 6 × 52 mm, IP68, AISI 316).

Optional additional purchase of a NOVAPAC packer, fully compatible with the Di Più BRIK MB100 and other machines, providing an ideal solution for automatic packaging directly after briquetting.
