The unit was used for feeding electrical connector contact pins.

The pins are stored in the material hopper; the conveyor belt feeds the pins as required into the bowl feeder.
From the bowl feeder, the product is transferred via the linear feeder to the product turner.
The product turner orients the product into the correct position and releases it for further processing.
The unit originates from a prototype system; the external electrical control is not included and should be implemented via a PLC.
Without modifications, for example, suitable for the automatic and position-accurate feeding of threaded pins up to M4 x 40.
