GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

- The system offered is a Dematic X-Belt FlexSort SC3 sorter, ideal for logistics centers, sorting hubs, e-commerce, retail, and high-throughput operations.
- Pre-owned X-Belt sorter (2015) delivering precise, fast, and quiet sorting thanks to motorized carts driven by electromagnetic linear motors. The equipment has been dismantled, comes from an active site, and is available immediately.

MAIN FEATURES:

Circular sorter:
- Up to 12,000 items/hour
- Positive sorting to both sides
- Max sorter speed: 2 m/s
- Sorter designed for rapid maintenance (removal in < 5 min)
- Driven by linear motors

Cross-belt trays:
- Cross-belt dimensions: 800 mm x 450 mm
- Minimum item size: 150 × 150 × 5 mm – 0.250 kg

CHUTES:

- 155 chutes + 1 reject
- Chute equipment: (Saturation warning light beacons [1 per 10 chutes], PTL displays, motorized chutes with automatic separator + idle rollers, multiple fill level sensors and a saturation sensor).
