This filter utilizes the horizontal disc system, which is the only method that guarantees the integrity of the filter cake even after an unexpected interruption of the filtration process. The filter cake remains protected even in the event of operator errors or power failure. At the end of the operation, the liquid contained in the bell, dosing unit, and piping is thoroughly filtered by a dedicated filter disc.

The filter pack is designed so that it can be easily cleaned with an ordinary water jet and the provided cleaning chute. The entire unit, including the feed pump, piping, valves, and mobile frame, is made of stainless steel. Complete system for dosing kieselguhr with an adjustable piston pump and a stainless steel storage tank with integrated electric agitator. Control panel, fully equipped with all operating and safety devices required for secure and reliable operation.
