About the machine:

Offered for sale is a universal milling machine Deckel FP2 in outstanding condition. The FP2 originates from a government facility laboratory where it saw very little use. It comes with an accessory cabinet filled with comprehensive tooling. The machine has minimal backlash and all spindles move smoothly. The geometry is excellent. Even at maximum spindle speeds, the milling machine runs smoothly. On this newer FP2 model, feed is steplessly adjustable on all three axes; it also features rapid traverse for each axis. A major advantage is the active 3-axis digital readout. With this Heidenhain distance control system, you can program measurements which the machine automatically traverses to. An oil change has been performed. Mechanically and electrically inspected. The Heidenhain digital readout makes operation easier and even more precise.
