New Custom-Built Batch Pasteurizers Available on Request. We offer new batch pasteurizers for the food and beverage industry. Our BPT series is suitable for pasteurizing milk, ice cream mixes, ice cream fermentation, sauce production, the brewing industry, and more.
APPLICATIONS:
* Milk processing: Widely used in the dairy industry for pasteurizing milk and dairy products.
* Cheese production: Used prior to cheese making to ensure safety.
* Ice cream production: Pasteurizes the base mix before processing into ice cream.
BENEFITS OF BATCH PASTEURIZATION:
* Cost-effective: Generally more affordable than continuous pasteurizers for small to medium-sized operations.
* Flexibility: Suitable for small batches or varying products and recipes.
* Quality control: Allows for better control of the pasteurization process.
Capacity (liters): 300
Control panel: Stainless steel control box with controls, thermometer controller, agitator ON/OFF, and chart recorder.
Heating options: Heating elements, hot water, and steam.
Milk pasteurization: 68–75 °C
Maximum temperatures: 95 °C
Cooling options: Connection to ice storage and circulation of cold water through the jacket; plate cooler connection at outlet.
Heating time: Between 30 minutes and 1 hour for BPT100 to BPT500 series with heating elements; BPT600–BPT2000, heated by hot water or steam.
Warming-up time: Between 30 minutes and 1 hour for BPT100 to BPT500 series with heating elements; BPT600–BPT2000: warm-up via hot water or steam.
Cooling time: 30 to 45 minutes, depending on cooling temperature; 30 minutes standard with plate cooler.
Structure: Stainless steel 316L and 304, triple jacket with insulation.
Agitation: Slow stirring with double supports at two different levels; high-shear mixing for ice cream.
Cleaning: Spray ball inside ensures uniform cleaning by circulating hot water and approved food industry chemicals.

Automation: We offer full automation of our batch pasteurizers, covering the entire cycle from heating to cooling. Additional costs apply for automation.
Access: Two hinged lids for easy cleaning and inspection.
Product outlet: DIN40–DIN50 with semi-cone design to ensure complete product discharge.
Use: Milk pasteurization/ ice cream mix/ ice cream fermentation/ sauces.
Lead time: 5–8 weeks from order. Potential delays during COVID-19.
