Typischerweise umfasst der Prozess mehrere Stufen, darunter Kalksteinaufbereitung, Kalzinierung, Hydratation und schließlich die Produktion von Aktivkalk. Nachfolgend finden Sie eine allgemeine Übersicht der Hauptprozessschritte einer aktiven Kalkproduktionslinie: 1. Kalksteinabbau: - Rohkalkstein wird im Steinbruch gewonnen und zum Kalkwerk transportiert. Dort erfolgt in der Regel eine Grob- und Feinzerkleinerung (Brechen und Sieben) zur Einstellung der gewünschten Korngröße. 2. Kalksteinvorwärmung: - Der Rohkalkstein wird im Gegenstromvorwärmer bzw. Hydratation: - Der Branntkalk wird in einem separaten Kalkhydrator mit Wasser gelöscht (Löschkalkproduktion, Calciumhydroxid). Dies erfolgt in der Regel in speziellen Hydratoren. 7.
