Proven technology – in use for decades
For this generation of loaders, the material feed is performed by the magazine. CMSP/CMSPF bar loading magazines are mounted on rails, allowing them to be easily disconnected from the machine at any time by unlocking the quick-release mechanism.
These magazines do not require bar tubes on the machine and are bolted directly to the lathe. Operation in both automatic and manual modes is possible.
The magazine is rail-mounted, enabling operators to easily disengage it from the machine at any time by unlocking it. To switch bar diameters, only the collets in the magazine need to be changed.
The centering unit automatically adjusts to the new diameter. It dampens all types of vibrations during machining (compatible with round, square, and hexagonal material!) and prevents the bar from bending in the channel. This enables machining operations at very high spindle speeds, even with larger diameters.
Quick changeover to the next diameter to be processed and a significant reduction in vibration, thanks to the proven double centering system, are just two of many advantages of this system.
